HOW DOES IT WORK?
Cutting
The fabric is then cut according to the patterns created in the previous stage. This is a critical step that ensures that the garments are cut with precision and accuracy.
Sewing
After the fabric is cut, the pieces are sewn together to create the final garments. This includes attaching all the necessary trimmings such as buttons, zippers, and labels. The cutting and sewing process usually take up to 2 weeks.
Sample making
Once the patterns are ready, the sample garments are created. These samples are used to test the fit, style, and overall look of the garments before they are put into production.
Ordering Materials
In this stage, the fabric used to create the garments is sourced. This includes selecting the right type of fabric, colors, and patterns that will be used to create the garments.
Design and conceptualization
This is the initial stage of the clothing development process where the design team works with our client to create a concept for the garments. This includes creating sketches, selecting fabrics and colors, and determining the overall aesthetic of the collection.
Pattern making
After the design concept is finalized, patterns are created for each garment using a specialized software or by hand. These patterns are used to create the initial prototype of the garments.
Quality control
Before the garments are packaged and shipped, they go through a rigorous quality control process to ensure that they meet the brand’s standards and are free from any defects.
Packaging and shipping
Finally, the garments are packaged and shipped to wherever needed. You can now enjoy your fashion collection and start selling.
